About LION Protects B.V.
LION offers a job that enables emergency responders to save lives. As the Category Sales Manager PPE, you will work with Regional Sales Managers to develop product-market combination plans aligned with business objectives. This includes identifying growth opportunities in the market, analyzing regional trends, and preparing tenders and offers. You will also prepare the annual budget and report on sales results.
You will visit customers and dealers to present LION PPE and support daily operations. Giving demo tours and organizing product presentations gives you energy. You will work closely with the Product Manager PPE and Inside Sales Account Manager PPE.
To be successful in this role, you need a bachelor's degree, complemented by work experience as a Category Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales position. You have a history of successful sales results and territory growth. Experience within the fire or public safety industry or selling functional apparel is preferred.
As a Commercial Lead PPE Category, you are required to have very good interpersonal and communication skills (English is a must, verbal and written). Establishing long-term relationships with customers comes naturally to you. You are organizationally and commercially strong and have a problem-solving attitude. By measuring and analyzing performance indicators, you know where to focus your efforts.
