Sales Development Lead

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving commercial expansion for our client in the Benelux region. As part of the Sales Director for Europe team, you will define and deploy your strategic business development plan, managing daily and weekly activities and performance.
Main Objectives:
- To monitor, manage, and develop existing customer accounts in the defined area.
- To develop commercial activity among active target organisations such as hotel brands, accommodation providers, hospitals, and restaurant chains.
- To negotiate commercial agreements following the group's commercial policy.
- To ensure competitive monitoring of market trends and expectations to adapt your business development strategy.
Requirements:
- Closely aligned with the field, with energy that reassures and convinces customers and partners.
- Higher education in business management, commerce, or marketing.
- Minimum six years of experience in sales or business development within industrial products.
- Native Dutch and professional fluency in English.
