**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Challenging the Triple Constraint: As a recognized business partner, you will optimize business value by challenging the triple constraint.
  • Driving Effective Decision Making: You will drive effective decision making on all levels, ensuring that our client's projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Implementing and Improving Project Standards: You will implement and improve project standards and processes, including project planning, financial management, product generation process, reporting, change control, risk management, and quality.
  • Providing Guidance and Support: You will provide guidance during the financial forecasting process and proactively assist with regular financial management and reporting.
  • Connecting and Enabling Stakeholders: You will proactively connect, enable, and challenge all stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Growing People and Team Competences: You will grow people and team competences of PMO and ASML's Project Management community by driving, participating, leading, and implementing cross-PMO improvement projects.
  • Creating Winning Teams: You will create winning teams by living our values and building capabilities for the future.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience as a project/program/portfolio management expert or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communicator, being able to influence without hierarchical power, and creative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Maintains personal effectiveness and people focus under pressure, high speed of change, and uncertainty.
