We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process purchase invoices and book them against the correct sales order or consignment.
  • Support with sales invoicing administration and assist with ad hoc transactional duties as required.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Maintain the financial records on our ERP system, ensuring the data stored is organized and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable Clerk.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance environment.
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in the fresh produce/food manufacturing industry would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Previous experience of MS D365.
