We are recognized as the leading #avoexperts and considered the supplier of choice to both retail and wholesale customers whom we serve from sales offices in various regions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate processing of purchase invoices
  • Booking invoices against the correct sales order/consignment
  • Support with sales invoicing administration
  • Assist with ad hoc transactional duties as required
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents
  • Maintain the financial records on our ERP system, ensuring the data stored is organized and up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance environment
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the fresh produce/food manufacturing industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Previous experience of MS D365
