Jump Trading Group, a leading quantitative trading firm, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting and Statutory Accounting Expert to join its global finance organization in Amsterdam.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the preparation of regulatory returns and a deep understanding of CRD IV and Investment Firm Regime. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of European regulatory reports and annual audited financial statements.
As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will work closely with other departments to enhance our regulatory framework and provide insights to support decision-making processes. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including travel medical insurance, group pension scheme, group life assurance and income protection schemes, paid parental leave, and commuter benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports, including COREP, FINREP, MSR, MESREP.
- Producing various annual filings such as ICAAP document, Recovery and resolution plan, and Pillar 3.
- Reviewing and distributing daily capital and liquidity metrics to key stakeholders (i.e. Proforma Report).
- Participating in cross-functional projects to enhance regulatory compliance and financial reporting processes.
- Working in partnership with the business with respect to new products/business onboarding.
- Providing regulatory guidance and support to other departments.
- Developing robust improvements and controls within the regulatory reporting environment.
- Preparing policy/procedure documentation in relation to Regulatory reporting, including interpretations of new regulations.
- Assisting in any ad-hoc requests from regulators.
You will also assist with the preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts for our European trading entity, including compliance with each applicable local GAAP standards, and support month end and year end close processes.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent documentation skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
