Job Purpose and Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our EU IT Team in Amstelveen. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical assistance to our European business, focusing on end-user PC support and ensuring the productivity of our IT systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Dawn team members, empowering them to maximize the productivity of our IT tools.
- Offer scheduled onsite support and maintenance to other Dawn EU locations as required.
- Ensure accurate support administration documentation and maintain up-to-date site IT asset records.
- Collaborate with Dawn teams at other locations for specific projects and adherence to corporate standards.
- Support the implementation of key EU IT projects.
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ years of experience in a PC/User support role.
- Organized and able to create processes when formal procedures are not established.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and Dutch (both verbal and written).
- Available for 32-40 hours a week.
- Willingness to travel to other Dawn EU locations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
