Hoofdtaken
Voor HumanChain zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Customer Care medewerker, ook wel bekend als inbound klantenservice medewerker. Samen met je team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het klantcontact via telefoon, e-mail of andere digitale kanalen. Je werkt voor een divers klantenportfolio, waarbij je vragen beantwoordt over bestellingen, retouren, betalingen of productinformatie. Jij hebt de kans om een positieve impact te maken en ziet elke vraag of klacht als een mogelijkheid om de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. Je voert aangename gesprekken en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant tevreden is na het contact met jou.

Tijdens de training leer je alles over de organisaties waarvoor je werkt, de systemen waarin je klantvragen vastlegt, hoe je de leiding neemt in gesprekken en hoe je omgaat met verschillende soorten vragen, emoties en klanten.

De klantenservice is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08.00 uur tot 22.00 uur, op zaterdag van 09.00 uur tot 18.00 uur en op zondag van 09.00 uur tot 15.00 uur. We vragen om een flexibele houding, maar er wordt rekening gehouden met jouw persoonlijke agenda.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een informele en collegiale werkomgeving;
  • Een salaris tussen €13,80 en €14,21 bruto per uur (exclusief vakantiegeld);
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
  • De mogelijkheid om na de inwerkperiode vanuit huis te werken;
  • Betaalde trainingen en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km enkele reis, met volledige vergoeding bij gebruik van het openbaar vervoer.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, kennis van financiële en juridische zaken is een pré;
  • Ervaring met klantcontact en snel kunnen schakelen;
  • Sterke communicatieve en digitale vaardigheden;
  • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; beheers je ook Engels? Dan is dat een pluspunt;
  • Minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar, fulltime is ook mogelijk.
