About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Expert to join our team at SuccessDay. As a key member of our HRIT/ HCM support team, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects to completion and ensuring the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of HRIT suites, including Workday and SuccessFactors, to drive business value and improve organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their HR transformation goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and optimal response times.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on AMS tickets to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for HR transformation, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Profound understanding of HRIT suites, including Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and Oracle HCM.
  • Solid, proven track record with at least 1 HRIS/HRIT project as Business Analyst or Consultant.
  • Sensitivity to organizational mechanics and ability to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong team player with a focus on delivering results and driving business value.
