Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Transformation Director at Blue Yonder, you will be responsible for guiding clients towards improved processes to drive profit, enhance resource effectiveness, and improve overall process efficiency.

  • Act as an industry expert with deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, particularly supply chain planning, to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Use expert facilitation skills to lead clients to solutions and opportunities in business process, resource use, and technology.
  • Stay ahead of current industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
  • Assist in driving major software and services sales by demonstrating the value of proposed solutions and proposing a recommended roadmap.
  • Work with Principal and Senior Enterprise Architects on Transformation 'Blueprints' including leading the blueprint phase in BY projects.
  • Maintain close working relationships with sales, management, consulting, customer support, and product management to secure and present proposal information to prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and publications for industry conferences and forums.
  • Be a trusted advisor on complex, tier 1 manufacturing transformation programs.
  • Drive a proactive, cross-functional culture across the BY Customer Success, Delivery organization.
