Job Description:As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing documentation and streamlining administrative processes. Your tasks will include carefully collecting, verifying, archiving, and processing all required information according to project guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Collect and check technical drawings, material lists, processing, quality controls, certificates, photos, etc. on the correct numbers and conditions specified in the project order;
- Work closely with the teams of preparation, procurement, engineering, and production to ensure that all processes run smoothly;
- You will have close contact with suppliers, inspection bodies, and customers, where you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships essential for the success of the project;
- You are the link between the different parties and contribute to a smooth and effective collaboration;
- You are responsible for internal documentation/information and ensure that you receive all documents on time.
- At least MBO+ work and thinking level or equivalent through a combination of education and experience;
- Excellent organizational skills to set up and manage document flows;
- Analytical thinking to check documentation for accuracy and consistency;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English to work effectively together;
- A passion for quality and process improvement;
- If you have knowledge of Dalux and/or Windchill, that's a big plus;
- Some experience with technical documentation from the industry.
- Knowledge of Autocad/BricsCad
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Technical affinity
