About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Aalberts Advanced Mechatronics. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing documentation and streamlining administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and verify technical drawings, material lists, processing, quality controls, certificates, photos, etc. in accordance with project guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with teams from preparation, procurement, engineering, and production to ensure smooth processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, inspection bodies, and customers.
- Act as a liaison between parties and contribute to efficient collaboration.
- Ensure timely receipt of internal documentation and information.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level or equivalent through a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational skills to set up and manage document flows.
- Analytical thinking to verify documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Passion for quality and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Dalux and/or Windchill is a significant plus.
- Experience with technical documentation from the industry.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Autocad/BricsCad.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Technical affinity.
