Product Control Operations Specialist

At ING, we are looking for a skilled Senior Product Control Operations Specialist to join our Financial Markets team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Product Control Reporting processes. This includes analyzing issues in the reporting process, identifying weaknesses in the IT value chain, and implementing solutions to improve timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers, with experience in data analytics and process improvements. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity.
As a Senior Product Control Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and simplifying complexity within the Financial Markets team. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs, and Tech.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor Product Control Reporting processes
- Analyze issues in the reporting process and identify weaknesses in the IT value chain

Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience
