Administrative Operations Manager for N+P Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at N+P Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all administrative processes within our growing organization.

About the Role

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and implementing strategies to enhance overall productivity and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching financial administrative staff, assessing employees, and ensuring optimal staffing.

You will function as a key user of our ERP system, Business Central, actively thinking about system improvements and looking beyond your own team to work positively with other departments within the company. Other responsibilities include signaling, reporting, supporting monthly closing process for the finance department, and developing key KPI's for the administrative team that support business decision making.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience and be familiar with financial administrative work. You should also have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, you should have strong hard skills in coaching, managing, prioritizing, and analytical thinking, as well as essential soft skills such as pro-active, trustworthy, accurate, and flexible.

This is a full-time job based at our head office in Nieuw Bergen, and we offer good primary and secondary terms of employment, including 30 holidays, a collective pension scheme, and the opportunity to purchase products tax-free via FiscFree. The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
