Job Title: Assembly Worker

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic production environment? As an Assembly Worker at Dujob, you will play a crucial role in our international team, contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and construct various products, including air handling units, installations, frames, and wood constructions.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, sawing, drilling, and assembling, ensuring that each part fits and functions perfectly within the larger structure.
  • Monitor the quality of products and ensure they meet specified standards and specifications, conducting visual inspections and testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to increase efficiency, analyzing production data and proposing solutions to reduce lead times and minimize waste.
  • Work safely and efficiently, adhering to applicable safety regulations and maintaining a neat and organized workplace.
Requirements:
  • Experience or strong interest in the technical industry, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • Effective communication skills in Dutch or English, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Handiness, attention to detail, and an eye for quality, with experience using hand tools and machine processing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, understanding specifications and instructions for assembling products correctly.
  • Reliable transportation to work and flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work overtime if necessary.
Benefits:
  • An attractive salary of €2,300 to €2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • A full-time position in a 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of overtime.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek, with the possibility to accumulate extra leave days.
  • Opportunity to work in day shifts or a 2-shift system with a premium starting at 11%, with flexible working hours arranged in consultation.
  • A travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.
