Drive Customer Engagement and Growth

As a CRM Manager Acquisition & Activation at PVH, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team is responsible for driving customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives to ensure Calvin Klein's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels effectively engage and retain customers, driving brand growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze CRM member behavior to extract actionable insights and craft marketing plans to attract new members while delivering exclusive value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with key partners in EU markets to execute membership marketing strategies and monitor campaign performance.
  • Disseminate key learnings throughout the region to enhance our membership offerings and activations continually.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans with key stakeholders, including omnichannel, CK retail, and CK E-commerce teams.
  • Brief internal creative agency, media partner, and other stakeholder functions on deliverables to achieve marketing plan goals.
  • Work closely with omnichannel and local retail teams to ensure key initiatives drive consumer acquisition and identification.
  • Recap and measure results, sharing learnings across the organization for best practice sharing and continued improvement.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in a high-paced, international setting, preferably with a global premium fashion or retail brand.
  • Strategic, analytical, creative, and excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and consumer segments, with experience in measuring consumer engagement and improving core KPIs.
  • Experience in marketing activations, including global/local content creation, exclusive/local events, and product offers that drive member engagement and purchases.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
