This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing critical support to individuals in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals in crisis, providing accurate and timely information to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assess situations quickly and effectively, sharing critical information with stakeholders to facilitate a swift response.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive support to individuals in emergency situations.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Emergency Services/Dispatcher qualification or experience, with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environment.
- Strong assessing skills, with the ability to share information with precision and display great attention to detail.
- Prior experience working with a CAD (computer-assisted dispatch) application is highly desirable.
- Full working proficiency with MS Office and strong knowledge of laws, protocols, and compliance within an emergency services environment.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, with 5 days on and 2 days off per week.
- Holder of a recent CPR certification is an advantage.
