Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our clients across the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Luxembourg & Netherlands).

This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication channels and handle inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring timely delivery and handling any irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and conduct debtor control research.
  • Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Built strong relationships with customers through excellent service and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A professional level of education.
  • Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
  • Proven experience in customer service management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a bonus structure and extended benefits package.
