About Your Role
The Business Operations Assistant serves as a true ambassador for the brand, consistently embodying the core values of Charlotte Tilbury. You are driven to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring outstanding team performance through optimal motivation. Your leadership style prioritizes customer experience, and you continuously devise innovative strategies to engage and satisfy clients. Collaborating closely with your Business Manager, you ensure seamless daily operations within the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that financial outcomes in the store not only meet but exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets, and communicate effectively with Retail Artists to align and achieve sales objectives.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; be a specialist in retail excellence with genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the company's results.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and creating the best possible customer experience.
- Coach the team and provide feedback to ensure adherence to Charlotte Tilbury's standards of service and craftsmanship.
- Utilize every opportunity to ensure that exceptional customer service extends beyond the store, building the customer database for direct marketing.
- Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage two-way feedback and coaching.
- Create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere in the store through team meetings and a cooperative management style; recognize and reward performance where necessary.
- Exhibit a clear understanding of business operations by proposing plans, events, and activities to achieve commercial success.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, clean counters, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure perfect grooming standards and inspire the team to be their best selves.

- Experience in retail management.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry.

- Proficiency in Dutch at B2 level.
