Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in the South region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and the Sales Team to achieve business targets.
- Promote digital solutions and services to customers.
- Conduct sales conversations and presentations at customer sites.
- Support Product Specialists and Key Account Managers with sales execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the CRM system.
- Take initiative for commercial agreements and ensure necessary follow-up.
Requirements:
Education:
- Completed University Degree in Science or relevant work experience within life sciences and a good understanding of laboratory products & processes.
Experience:
- Experience with Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or similar in a B2B setting is preferred but not required.
- Good understanding of laboratory products and processes.
- Commercial flair, communicative, proactive, customer-oriented, and ability to build bridges between departments.
- Business fluency in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with a CRM (SAP C4C) would be an asset.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be a plus.
