The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls and emails.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required and taking ownership of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts within the events industry.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing share of wallet through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience within a B2B account management or customer service role, preferably within the events or conferences industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder with a proven ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • You are a team player who can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel for business purposes.
  • You have native-level proficiency in Korean language and culture.
