Job Title: Staff Product Operations ManagerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Operations Manager to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sennder's product strategy and driving key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to define and execute strategic priorities, including prioritization, Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework, operationalizing the flywheel, and establishing effective feedback loops with customers.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams for smooth execution, including tool setup and achievement of objectives.
- Develop processes to maximize ROI and adoption rates, implementing processes to deliver high ROI items quickly and ensuring high adoption rates among users and stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and industry trends, conducting market research to propose strategic initiatives based on these insights.
- Plan and execute tasks for product leadership, organizing and executing product leadership offsites to discuss and plan strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient meeting structures that promote productivity and effective decision-making.
- 7-9 years of proven experience in product development roles, having worked on processes in the product development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption.
- Proficiency in ROI/business case development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
