Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Analyst to join our team at Level Infinite. As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for organizing game data analysis requirements, assessing project risks, and assisting in business integration and utilization of various data platform products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely discover and track solutions to project requirement issues, communicate with the project team regularly, report on the progress of special projects, and actively promote the advancement of special projects.
  • Combine game business publishing and operation requirements with management data, collaborate with the data science team to provide effective value-added service solutions for the business.
  • Establish game data operation methodologies based on business requirements, and promote the improvement of data product platform capabilities.
  • Possess a certain cost operation awareness, integrating resources to promote business growth and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or data analysis, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Possess strong data sensitivity and risk awareness; prior experience in data product planning/operation or big data platform operation internships is preferred.
  • Understand basic knowledge of the gaming industry and have basic data operation capabilities; excellent business communication skills, able to identify core business contradictions, develop professional solutions, and promote the implementation of solutions.
  • Possess document writing skills and be able to write various operation documents and produce summary output; strong initiative and ability to effectively coordinate cross-team communication and complex project collaboration.
  • Responsible and passionate about gaming.
