Job Title: Senior Data Scientist - Banking Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Next-Link. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning projects that drive business growth and innovation in the banking industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to address complex banking use cases such as credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation, and churn prediction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning models tailored to banking needs using techniques like deep learning, NLP, and time-series analysis.
  • Orientate model performance for real-time predictions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ML solutions.
  • Work closely with banking teams to align ML models with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Document model design, assumptions, and results for transparency and reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PY-Torch).
  • Proficiency in SQL and database systems, with knowledge of Azure SQL Database or Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with MLOps, containerization (e.g., Docker), and deployment in Azure.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate certification.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
