The Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences at the School of Public Health is seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to fill multiple Technical Officer positions. As a Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the laboratory team in the development and implementation of laboratory techniques and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments using various techniques, including cell culture, PCR, and ELISA.
- Develop and maintain laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure the smooth operation of laboratory services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, medical sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
