Job Title: Technical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Officer to join our team in the Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences at the School of Public Health.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our research team, with a focus on laboratory techniques in microbiology. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to research team members, including laboratory techniques in microbiology
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of laboratory protocols
  • Conducting laboratory experiments and data analysis
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve research objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, medical sciences, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques in microbiology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
