The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and staff supervision/management duties in connection with the operation of a laboratory animal facility. The appointee will work in a team to undertake various tasks, including animal husbandry, equipment operation and maintenance, and inventory/record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff members
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient operation of the laboratory animal facility
- Perform animal husbandry duties, including animal care and handling
- Operate and maintain equipment for sanitation and sterilization
- Conduct inventory and record keeping tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Interest in laboratory animal science and technology
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
