Job Title: New Product Introductions Project Lead Logistics Operations

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the introduction of new products in our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics requirements are met, and that the project is executed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and validate logistics requirements for new product introductions
  • Represent the logistics department in cross-functional product teams
  • Align logistics requirements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of required infrastructure, systems, and tools
  • Manage workload, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of department tasks
  • Drive issue resolution and provide input for key decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business engineering, industrial engineering, operational management, or logistics
  • At least 5 years' experience in operational logistics and engineering, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume assembly environment
  • Project, program, and portfolio management knowledge and experience
  • Project management certification
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvements based on lean principles and effective change management
