The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor Psychiatry to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Medical Affairs team, you will play a critical role in providing medical leadership and product support in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver medical strategies and plans to support our products in the Dutch market.
  • Provide medical/scientific input to access/reimbursement processes and product defense.
  • Attend key medical meetings and conferences to represent Teva Pharmaceuticals and stay up-to-date on the latest medical knowledge.
  • Contribute to investigator identification and stay abreast of relevant clinical trial activities.
  • Work closely with commercial colleagues to provide expert medical/scientific input to support key products and programs.
  • Actively identify opportunities to develop study proposals and feed them into Teva Pharmaceuticals for potential realization.
  • Develop and cultivate professional contacts with opinion leaders, nurses, and patient organizations in the context of ongoing and planned projects.
  • Support local compliance activities, including internal and external training and production of necessary training materials.
  • Horizon scan relevant publications and produce technical bulletins/briefing documents, training programs, etc., as appropriate.
  • Support the Medical Information Service to ensure provision of accurate information to external/internal customers.

Your Qualifications

  • You are a MD or PhD within life science and preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You have a dynamic and self-starting approach with a high level of personal drive and the ability to build strong and reliable professional long-term relationships.
  • You are a team player who inspires cross-functional collaboration and has the ability to be an above-average presenter with good communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
