Backoffice Support Specialist Key Accounts

Als Backoffice Support Medewerker bij Rentokil Initial ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van alle administratieve taken voor de Key Account afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de Key Account Managers en ondersteunt hen bij het verwerken van overeenkomsten en orders in het systeem. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het maken van offertes voor klanten en het afhandelen van servicemeldingen en vragen over product- en dienstverlening.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Uitvoering van alle administratieve taken voor de Key Account afdeling
- Ondersteuning van Key Account Managers bij het verwerken van overeenkomsten en orders in het systeem
- Maken van offertes voor klanten
- Afhandelen van servicemeldingen en vragen over product- en dienstverlening
Je werkt in een dynamische en afwisselende omgeving waar je veel contact hebt met klanten en collega's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de Key Account Managers en werkt nauw samen met hen om de doelen van de afdeling te bereiken. Requirements- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal één jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Accuraat en proactief werkhouding
