Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. as a key member of our Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our senior management and management team, driving business growth through effective talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnership:
    • Provide HR business partnership to senior management and management team in our supply chain organization in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
    • Manage employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, and offer solutions to resolve conflicts.
    • Advise on performance management, compensation, and organization effectiveness.
    • Partner with the business to develop workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and job development.
    • Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance.
    • Support peer HR Business Partners in their area of responsibility.
    • Instrumental in managing absence and following up on legal requirements.
  • Lead of Supply Chain HRBP:
    • Manage and coach local HR Specialists (2 employees).
    • Oversee HRBP services delivered to the business.
    • Align internal processes to the business.
    • Coordinate internal HR projects (optimization, health, workshops).
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Advanced proficiency in HRIS (we use AFAS and Workday) and Microsoft Office.
    • Experienced in HR business partnership.
    • Few years leadership experience.
    • Languages: English and Dutch, German preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree and 4 years' experience as HR Manager.
