About the Job

As an Account Relationship Specialist at SRAM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B customer base. You will work closely with different departments, such as sales, finance, and shipping locations, to provide excellent customer service and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent SRAM towards the customer and act as the primary contact for your own customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with your dedicated B2B customer base and nurture these connections into strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales team to onboard new customers and maintain accuracy of customer data.
  • Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with our production locations in Asia, USA, and Europe.
  • Follow up on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services to ensure customer requirements are met consistently.
  • Partner with Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • MBO+/HBO education (obtained through education or working experience).
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills and proficiency in any/several of the following languages: German/French.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Great communication and intercultural skills.
  • Proactive self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Experience within an international customer relations environment is a plus.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
