Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer outreach programs to promote WPS technology innovations and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including advertising materials, promotional programs, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in preparing and executing marketing plans for industry trade organizations and conferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum University Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business-to-business inside sales related to enterprise software solutions.
- Digital marketing program certification.
- Bilingual (French and English languages).
