Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team and help us continue to innovate and grow. As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our dry goods categories in sales and margin by making informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- You'll work closely with our suppliers to negotiate deals and develop a strong supplier network, focusing on retail media and trade marketing.
- You'll analyze data to inform your decisions and stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends.
- You'll collaborate with our retail media, marketing, supply chain, and hub operations teams to drive growth and profitability.
- You'll identify areas for optimization within category management and contribute to the company's growth and development.
- You have 2+ years of experience as a buyer, category manager, or key account manager in the food or non-food industry, preferably in dry goods.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- You have a proven track record of making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.
- You have working proficiency in English and Dutch.
- An annual learning budget of €1000 and individual coaching options to support your growth and development.
- 26 vacation days plus additional days for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
