About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sustainability Assurance Leader to join our KPMG team. As a key member of our Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' sustainability strategies and ensuring their environmental and social information is accurate and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our clients, colleagues, and specialists to deliver high-quality assurance projects on time and within budget.
  • As a team leader, you will manage and motivate your team members, providing coaching and guidance to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • You will collaborate with our business development team to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
  • With your expertise in ESG and assurance, you will contribute to the development of our thought leadership materials and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in assurance and/or ESG, preferably in a leadership role.
  • An academic Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or business administration.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbally), with Dutch fluency an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Commercial and conceptual thinking, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
