Job Title: Manager Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Operations to join our team at EQUANS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our operations and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategy.

About the Role:

The Manager Operations will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Leading a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, including process improvement, cost reduction, and quality control
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance

De organisatie

Kalibra richt zich op het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid en de veiligheid van bedrijfsprocessen in verschillende markten. De 120 medewerkers van Kalibra houden zich fulltime bezig met de kalibratie en validatie van meetinstrumenten en (proces)apparatuur bij klanten. Tevens worden keuringen, beheer, preventief onderhoud, justering en reparaties verzorgd.

Locatie

De hoofdvestiging (en standplaats van de BPC Manager) is in Delft en er zijn nevenvestigingen in heel Nederland.

Plaats in de organisatie

De BPC Manager van Kalibra stuurt de BPC (een aparte BV binnen Equans NL) aan en legt verantwoording af aan de Algemeen Directeur. De Algemeen Directeur is eindverantwoordelijk voor Kalibra, maar tevens voor de BV's (Equans Infra & Energie en Equans Infra & Mobility) binnen Equans NL en is daarmee beperkt werkzaam voor Kalibra.
