About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Representative to join our team at Specialized Europe B.V. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming product flow, including PO and ASN maintenance, to ensure timely receipt at the warehouse.
  • Conduct thorough checks on documentation for all incoming shipments and provide digital and physical files to 3PL partners.
  • Book all inbound shipments in our system and follow up with 3PL/Vendors on any exceptions.
  • Manage inventory control within our system and chase up on 3PL counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and sales teams to prioritize products and optimize inventory levels.
  • Communicate with import partners to resolve any missing or incorrect information.
  • Identify and resolve custom bottlenecks in inbound and outbound flow.
  • Support INF requests and work closely with our VAT & Duty team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders with our warehouse partners.
  • Investigate discrepancies across the logistic flow, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
Requirements
  • MBO+ / HBO background in logistics-related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Experience with import processes is a plus.
