- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, transactions, and feedback to inform sales strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Author reports on sales performance and client portfolio to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with other teams, including research, trading, and compliance, to provide seamless client service and drive business growth.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to improve sales strategies and client services.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in equity sales, account management, or a related financial sales role.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and ability to analyze market trends.
- Proficient in CRM software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
