Job Title: Direct Lending Origination SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Direct Lending Origination Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Direct Lending Origination team, you will be responsible for originating and executing transactions across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our Direct Lending investment team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial sponsors and debt advisors
- Evaluate credit risks and provide recommendations to the investment committee
- Support the origination and execution of transactions
- Prepare and present investment committee memorandums
- Strong background in corporate alternative credit transactions
- Proven technical analysis skills and experience with financial modeling
- Solid experience in private loan investment management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
