We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team at Polarsteps. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for one of our core product pillars, balancing optimization with innovation, and ensuring stable and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, in close cooperation with product & tech, community & support, and other stakeholders.
- Translate big and complex topics into small and testable stories, striving to make the tasks and outcomes comprehensible for everyone you're working with.
- Play an active role in our agile rituals, facilitating retrospectives, reviews, demos, and daily standup meetings.
- Prioritize ideas that have a real impact over those that don't matter as much, using your intuition and experience while validating and measuring your assumptions.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a technology company, preferably at a fast-growing scale-up. You should have experience working on app-first consumer products, with a strong understanding of UX/UI and creating a great user experience.
A passion for travel is a must, with an innate curiosity about the world. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
