W Amsterdam is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge Trainee to join our Welcome team. As a Concierge Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Main Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on touristic, recreational, and gastronomic establishments and events in Amsterdam.
- Provide guests with insider knowledge on the hottest and coolest spots in the city.
- Research and recommend new experiences and activities for our guests.
- Make reservations and confirm bookings for hotels, restaurants, flights, and other services.
- Arrange guest transportation and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Welcoming and redirecting guests and Talent, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
- Sending and receiving mail, including courier services.
- Maintaining a high level of service quality and ensuring a secure environment for our guests.
- Assisting the Welcome Ambassadors with tasks and projects as needed.
- Staying informed about what's happening in the hotel and providing accurate information to guests.
- Preventing and handling complaints in accordance with the Welcome Office Manager.
- Always looking for new and exciting experiences in Amsterdam.
- Strong network in Amsterdam, particularly in the fields of new restaurants, taxi companies, and ticket services.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
- At least 6 months of internship experience.
