Sales and Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Rails. As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales results.

About the Role

This role will serve as the face of Rails, representing the brand in daily store operations and supporting all store initiatives set by management. You will be responsible for creating and cultivating client relationships, maintaining visual standards, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support floor coverage, financial targets, and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure a positive store atmosphere that upholds the brand image
  • Create and cultivate client relationships to acquire and retain customers
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through various engagement channels
  • Participate in store events and activations to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Cultivate a positive work environment and support performance management initiatives
  • Support inventory functions, including receipts, reconciliations, and transfers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve omnichannel goals

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a retail apparel environment
  • Fashion enthusiasm and retail experience in women's and men's apparel preferred
  • Familiarity with key retail performance indicators
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
