In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a visionary and expert in logistics network efficiency. We anticipate innovative ideas from you to reduce expenses (cost per order, orders processed per hour, minimize waste in the assignment algorithm, etc.), enhance speed (accuracy, duration from pickup to delivery), and ensure high customer satisfaction (ratings from partners, couriers, and customers).
  • Developing, documenting, and presenting a comprehensive enhancement strategy to facilitate the optimization of the logistics network.
  • Transitioning the execution of the enhancement initiatives to the regular product and technology teams while providing support and training to those teams.
  • Establishing clear accountability for network optimization issues between Product & Technology and Operations.
  • Collaborating across various teams to manage interdependencies, prioritize tasks, and maintain alignment with the overarching Product & Technology strategy and goals.
  • The enhancement strategy should encompass key performance indicators related to delivery times, cost per order, and orders processed per hour across both delivery models (Scoober and Delco). Ensure clarity on who is responsible for each metric.
  • Empowering the teams you collaborate with to make informed decisions and fostering a supportive environment for them to innovate, measure, learn, and grow rapidly.
