Key Responsibilities- Undertake technical and staff supervision/management duties in connection with the operation of a laboratory animal facility.
- Provide excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for animal care and welfare, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to laboratory animal research.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in laboratory animal science and technology.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development in the field.
- A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
