About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Product Owner to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Leadership: Be the go-to expert for implementing new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

  • Project Management: Utilize your project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

  • Consultation and Coaching: Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to design and improve business processes, providing system recommendations and communicating potential risks.

  • Design Sessions: Lead Workday design discussions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and ensuring the best course of action is taken.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with business and functional leaders, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business outcomes.

  • Requirements and Documentation: Validate business needs and document requirements for improvements, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.

  • Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest Workday releases and continuously build your product knowledge, ensuring expertise and staying ahead of the curve.
