Job Description
As a Pro AV Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Pro AV market position across the Benelux region. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans for assigned programs, including roadmaps, positioning, marketing programs, price strategy, competitive analysis, etc.
- Examine risks and potentials for business opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
- Report on progress, financials, and business issues to management each month.
- Provide metric and data analysis, insight, and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Category Management to develop and implement training/education tracks with peers, suppliers, and customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working within the commercial audio/visual industry in the Benelux region.
- A strong track record of success in B2B sales environments within high-volume, high-transaction retail/wholesale settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Able to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
- Driving License required.
