Commercial Excellence Manager for Global Sales Growth

SVZ International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team in Breda, Netherlands.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual to lead the initial engagement with potential clients, demonstrate product value, and shape solutions to meet customer needs. As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Drive the overall LTO pipeline with high-quality leads
- Develop External Lead Sources: Create digital and automated lead generation processes
- Qualification of Leads: Qualify leads for high conversion rates into opportunities
- Creation of Leads and New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to create new leads and business opportunities
- Prospect Validation and Generation: Identify missing customers and validate target markets
- Digital Research: Analyze potential markets and customers through digital research
- Customer Activation: Identify underleveraged accounts within the AOR and develop strategies to activate and nurture these accounts
- Customer Communication: Assist the sales team in efficient customer communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
- 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or a related field
- Strong hunter profile – target driven
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial and customer orientation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
