Logistics Sales Director Netherlands

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in automated intralogistics sales. With 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing selling opportunities and converting them into Order Intake for Movu Robotics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the full Movu Robotics solution portfolio to customers, including ifollow, escala, atlas, and its racking solutions, Warehouse Execution Software, and others.
- Achieve individual commercial targets for all Movu Robotics solutions, focusing on set KPIs for order intake volume, profitability, revenue timeline, product mix, and other metrics.
- Support peers in the region and globally by sharing leads, relationships, and expertise to drive collective success.
- Guide selling opportunities from lead to order intake through prospecting, visiting customers, presenting vendor capabilities, qualifying opportunities, replying to tenders, capturing customer needs, drafting solutions, generating commercial offers, and closing business.
- You have operational experience as a Sales Manager in automated intralogistics sales, with a strong understanding of cranes, AS/RS, and related technologies.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are autonomous, hands-on, and able to close both smaller and bigger deals.
- You are disciplined in working efficiently in a remote fashion.
- You live in the Netherlands and are mobile throughout the country, with willingness to travel to Belgium for training and client visits at Movu HQ.
