Global Sales and Marketing Internship Opportunity

As a global leader in versatile tool systems, the Bosch Group offers an exciting internship opportunity for students to develop their skills in sales and marketing management. Located in Breda, the Netherlands, our team provides a dynamic and supportive working environment that fosters growth and innovation.

The successful candidate will be part of our Central MKX department, supporting the Sales & Marketing Management Team in various tasks. This includes coordinating sales activities across countries worldwide, developing an understanding of the company's structure, and interacting with local managers across Europe and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Support Central MKX managers in Breda, focusing on Europe and Australia
  • Daily support to local MKX managers in different countries
  • Project 'Owner' Zoovu: implementation of the Instore Dremel Accessory QR code finder, user guidance
  • Coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Forecasting of the region
  • Support in Dremel Launch Management
  • Category management: optimize Dremel category 'shelf presentations' in stores using a software program
  • Coordination with other departments centrally and internationally
  • Work closely with the intern Portfolio Management Regional (AP, Africa, LA) and support daily tasks & projects
  • Detailed analysis of market data and sales developments using Central KPI reporting, focus on a 'healthy' Gross Margin

Requirements

  • Currently studying a business-related degree, preferably in 3rd or 4th year
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, potentially with experience in a second language
  • Motivated individual showing initiative, capable of managing challenges independently
  • Good knowledge of MS office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, demonstrated through studies or previous employment

Benefits

  • Diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment
  • Internship allowance up to €550,- per month
  • Extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (if required)
  • 12 holiday days + national holidays & company closings (e.g., Christmas week)
