About the Role

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on automated intralogistics solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automated intralogistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

You will also need to live in the Netherlands and be willing to travel occasionally to Belgium for training and client visits.
